For individual roles, fees range from 5% to 15% of annual CTC depending on role seniority and difficulty. Bulk hiring uses flat per-hire fees from ₹15K to ₹40K based on volume. Executive search starts at 12% of CTC. You pay only when the candidate accepts the offer and joins.
What's the Replacement Guarantee?
If a placed candidate leaves within 60 days (for junior/mid roles) or 90 days (for senior roles), we replace them at no extra fee. The clock starts on their joining date. Backed in writing on every engagement letter.
